Plain English, because the short version genuinely is short: this website does not track you, and we only hold the details you hand us in order to do the plumbing.

What this website collects
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you view, along with clicks on our phone number and booking links. That data is processed by Google and is not used to identify you personally, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, or by using your browser’s Do Not Track or cookie controls. The contact form on our contact page is hosted for us by Buzz Bull Marketing and may set cookies of its own — that form is described below. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser) as part of running any website; we do not use those to build a profile of you.
What we collect when you get in touch
Only what you give us, and only what a plumber needs: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the work. There are two forms on this site and neither is run by us directly. The contact form is operated for us by Buzz Bull Marketing, and our online scheduler is operated by Housecall Pro; what you enter in either reaches that company and us. Each one’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
If you pay by card, the payment is handled by our card processor. We do not store card numbers.
What we use it for
Quoting, scheduling and performing the work; invoicing and warranty questions afterwards; and getting back in touch about that job. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the service providers we need to run the business — our booking and scheduling software, our payment processor, and where required by law. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes. If you would like your details removed and there is no outstanding work or record-keeping obligation, ask us and we will.
Reviews
Reviews published on this site are reproduced from public listings such as Nextdoor and the Better Business Bureau, with names shown exactly as those platforms display them. If you wrote one and would rather it were not reproduced here, tell us and we will remove it.
Links to other sites
Our booking link, Facebook page and review listings lead to sites we do not control. Once you are there, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
Children
This is a plumbing company. Our services are directed at property owners, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of it.
