West up the interstate, deeper into Kendall County. Older homes with older supply lines, and enough distance from town that a "quick look" from a San Antonio company usually isn't quick. We're twenty minutes away, not an hour.
Helotes & Cross Mountain
South-east of us, where the Hill Country runs into the San Antonio edge. Hilly lots, long service runs from the street, and the same limestone water we deal with at home.
Timberwood Park & Alamo Ranch
Newer master-planned neighbourhoods on the northside. Newer doesn't mean immune: builder-grade fixtures, slab construction and hard water make water heaters and shower valves the two most common calls.
Alamo Heights & Terrell Hills
Established San Antonio neighbourhoods with genuinely old houses behind the front doors. Original cast iron and galvanised lines are still out there, and they need a plumber who has met them before.
Shavano Park, Hollywood Park & Hill Country Village
The northside municipalities along 281 and 1604. Larger properties, mature landscaping over old irrigation runs, and water heaters that have quietly been working hard on limestone water for a decade.
Bergheim, Kendalia, Sisterdale, Waring & Nelson City
