An description of the plumbing services we offer and how to reach us. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and using the site does not create a contract between us.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are not published on this site because plumbing work is priced per job. Any figure we give you before we have seen the work is an estimate. The binding number is the quote we give you at the property, which you approve before work begins. Estimates are free.
Booking
Requesting a time through our online scheduler is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it. Arrival windows are our honest best effort; emergencies and jobs that turn out larger than expected can move a schedule, and we will call you if that happens.
Emergency service
We take emergency calls outside business hours, but we are a plumbing company, not an emergency service. If there is a gas smell, a fire, or a risk to someone’s safety, leave the building and call 911 or your utility’s emergency line first. Nothing on this site is a substitute for that.
Guidance on this site
Pages such as our emergency and freeze-prevention guidance are general information for the Texas Hill Country, not instructions for your specific house. Follow them at your own discretion, and do not attempt work you are not comfortable or qualified to do.
Licensing
Work is performed under Texas Master Plumber License M-38925. The license number is published so you can verify it with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
Warranty
Warranty terms for labour and for the parts we install are set out on your quote and invoice, and vary by the work and the manufacturer. Ask us before the job starts and we will tell you exactly what applies.
Coupons
Advertised discounts are limited to one per household, cannot be combined with other offers, must be mentioned at the time of booking, and may be subject to further restrictions.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current at every moment.
Other sites
We link to our booking system, our Facebook page and public review listings. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
